Envirobale Bagging System
The perfect system for baling waste and at the same time improving the working conditions/the environment in the plant and reducing maintenance costs. Instead of the traditional way of preparing waste for storage in landfills or storage before burning, with wires and wrapping, the waste is filled directly into a bag from the baler. The system can be adapted to all Harris 2-ram balers. The advantages are: No wire-tie system which can cause severe break-down due to dust and small particles in the waste. Much better working environment due to less waste on the floor around the production and storage area. Reduced number of machines to do service on. No Wrapper!. Can be supplied as: A manual system with 2 operators. A semiautomatic system with 1 operator. A fully automatic system with 1 operator (higher capacity).Accent Tie System
Accent Wire Tie System supplies the wire tie systems mounted e.g. on the Harris 2-ram balers. It is a system with only 1 coil of wire, weight approx. 800 kg, and where the wire is guided round the bale in a track system after which it is tightened around the bale before being cut. The advantages are: As the system is mounted outside the baler, it is easy to service. The number of wires can be adapted to the product. The wire is tightened around the bale to prevent the bale from expanding. The knot is lying horizontal on the bale. Different wire sizes are available: 10, 11 and 12 GA.Conveyors
In connection with the solutions we are supplying, we use conveyors from some of the best suppliers in the field e.g. JTT from Denmark. For instance, conveyors to feed the balers or the shredders or the conveyor systems to connect a line of different single machines. For Balers: A typical conveyor for a baler is a conveyor with a heavy-duty rubber belt mounted with flights and with a heavy-duty “gooseneck” design. Inclined angle is max. 32 degrees. The discharge end is angled 10 degrees towards the floor to guide the product into the hopper thereby avoiding clogging up the hopper. For Shredders: Depending on the size of the product to be shred, we use both straight and “gooseneck” designed conveyors. Usually, we use heavy-duty rubber belts mounted with flights. For hazardous products e.g. buckets with chemicals, oil filters, etc. we use modular plastic belts and stainless steel frames.

Due to our cooperation with one of the biggest manufacturers (Harris Waste Management) in the world of scrap machines, we can supply high quality solutions which can handle more or less all different kinds of scrap. We can supply big shredders for cars and white goods and of course one of the biggest shears in the world, 2000 ton cutting force, if you need that! We have smaller machines, so do not worry - just call us for more information!. Main Purpose: To size-reduce materials, e.g. cars, so it can be sorted out in different fractions afterwards. To reduce freight costs when the scrap has to be transported to melting facilities. To cut large metal pieces down to a size that suits the melting crucible. To prepare the materials for the melting process by baling them, this prevents them from burning, but makes them melt instead.
American Baler - Used Channel press for cardboard and paper
A well-maintained channel press for cardboard and paper from 2007 with many good years left. The channel press has been in a clean production environment and has only run in clean cardboard and paper. It therefore appears in very good condition.
