For over a decade the Company has pursued an aggressive acquisition program resulting in the purchase of seven water treatment equipment distribution and manufacturing companies.

Waterite represents premier water treatment product lines including those from Pentair (Autotrol, Pentek and Fleck Controls), GE, Wave Cyber, Clack Corporation, Pulsafeeder, Graver Technologies and several others. The Company also engineers, designs and assembles a wide variety of its products from components sourced and purchased in the USA, Asia and Europe. Waterite has developed a number of company-branded product lines, including Fusion² water softeners, Vectapure NX residential and light commercial reverse osmosis systems, VectaMaxx larger commercial RO systems, Hypurion, Excelpure and ExcelPlus+ filter cartridges, Excelight UV disinfection systems, Excelclear ion exchange resins, Centurion granular activated carbon, Manganite greensand media for iron and manganese removal, Black Max® reverse osmosis membrane elements and Excelflow inline cluster and bag filter housings. The Company also produces its RB8 BlackMaxx Series of municipal reverse osmosis systems, with models ranging from 20,000 USG per day up to 240,000 USG per day. These advanced systems are primarily intended for industrial applications and small northern or rural communities looking to upgrade existing water treatment capabilities. These systems are engineered, designed and assembled exclusively by Waterite in Canada.

In addition to water treatment equipment the company's Filtrex sales division distributes a wide variety of groundwater pump products. These products are complimented with a full line of pressure system accessory products, many now bearing the company's own Stinger, PressurMate and Pressurite brands.

The most recent corporate addition has been West Heat Industries, acquired in late 2010. West Heat specializes in supplying the bottled water industry with bottles, bottle coolers, ceramic crocks and a wide variety of bottle accessory items. The company has expanded its manufacturing activity into injection molding and blow molding its own line of PET water bottles to supply its bottling customers across North America.
