Comprehensive range of cleaning systems and cleanliness analysis techniques for bare and tanked heat exchanger cores, fuel pumps, turbochargers, bearing housings and associated closed circuit engine components to ISO 16232:2007. Flushing and sampling facility with online optical and post microscopic particle analysis is available for sizing and analysis down to 1 µm count. Additional to a gravimetric assessment, particle analysis can be expressed per volume ratio or component and are presented in tabular and graphical formats for both count and size.

A comprehensive range of sampling techniques are available within the facility to ensure a deep and thorough representative sample is taken. We have at our disposal a full sweep of processes for flushing, pressure spray, agitation, flow benches, shaker tables, pulsation and aeration processes to provide the optimum solution for each and every component passing through the laboratory. Along with a standard gravimetric assessment utilising pre-conditioned filter membranes, both online optical and microscopic particle analysis can be undertaken.
