The ZEMMLER^® MULTI SCREEN^® MS 1000 expands the portfolio of trommel screening machines for gardening and landscaping with a further high-performance professional machine. Due to its lightweight construction of 1.8 t, it can be transported by many common automobiles to the place of use. In the MS1000, ZEMMLER refrains from using a double trommel and supplies the machine exclusively with a single drum. However, the proven system of the exchangeable wire screen lining remains the same, so that two clean fractions are produced in one operation.

The ZEMMLER^® MULTI SCREEN^® is primarily designed for gardening and landscaping companies. Due to its compact dimensions and low weight, this double trommel screening machine can be towed by vans and small trucks. With the help of an optional slip-on ring, the machine can be converted into a three-fraction screening machine within a few minutes and can thus also screen (like the large ones) three fractions in one operation. The electrical operating mode ensures low energy consumption.

The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 1600 Starter is the smallest trommel screening machine in this category and was developed especially for small users such as landscapers, construction companies or municipalities. The semi-mobile MS 1600 Starter is an alternative to the mobile MS 1600. The trommel is identically constructed. The low weight and compact design make it easy to transport and use on various construction sites. The MS 1600 Starter is designed to fit trailers up to 2.5 t. With the aid of an optional slip-on ring, the machine can be converted from a two-fraction to a three-fraction screening machine within a few minutes.

The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 3200-ST is particularly suitable for applications in landscaping and soil preparation due to its compact dimensions in combination with its efficiency. As with the other MULTI SCREEN screening machines, the proven double trommel technology is used for this type. By attaching an optional slip-on ring, screening in three fractions is possible. Eventually, separation is performed by using wire screen coverings which are stretched around the inner and outer trommel which can easily be replaced at any time according to the screening requirements. The wire screens enable a sharp separation and clean sorting of the individual fractions.
