Test plant for groundwater remediation with 100 percent renewable energy supply, Bavaria. It also works without an aggregate or conventional power supply: Long-term pumping tests are being carried out on a former lamprophyre quarry, where mineral oils, metal waste, sewage sludge and hazardous waste such as metal sludge were stored between 1945 and 1970, as a pilot test for a potential future safety measure, with energy being supplied via PV modules and a power storage unit.

Pumping tests and remediation investigations for the purification of contaminated water. We offer various mobile test plants for pump tests and remediation tests for the purification of contaminated water (PFAS, organic pollutants, heavy metals). These can be used to test various sorption materials with regard to purification performance and service life. The systems have different tank sizes and are designed for flow rates of approx. 0.15 - 0.3 m³/h, 1 m³/h and 5 - 36 m³/h.

In-situ remediation with electric heating elements for cleaning soil contaminated with VCHCs. In-situ thermal remediation (ISTR) of an VCHC contamination on the site of a former chemical cleaning facility using fixed, electrically operated heat sources and soil vapor extraction. The subsoil has a very inhomogeneous structure and low permeability. The VCHCs were located in the unsaturated soil layer at a depth of up to 15 m below ground level. The heating of the soil body and the extraction of the CHCs took place over an area of approx. 1,000 m². The outflow was hydraulically secured with the aid of a groundwater treatment plant. The remediation was successfully completed and the remediation objectives were achieved.

As part of the modernization work in the Bonatzbau, the historic part of Stuttgart`s main railway station, Züblin Umwelttechnik is providing a plant for treatment of construction water. The historic Bonatzbau in Stuttgart is currently being completely modernized. Access to the tracks of the new platform hall, two new levels for stores and a modern four-star hotel are being created.

In a unique project in the middle of Frankfurt`s banking district, Züblin Umwelttechnik GmbH is supplying the construction water treatment plant for the construction water produced. On the construction site of the future Central Business Tower, which will be over 200 m high, every square meter must be used efficiently. A plant design was created especially for this confined space, which is integrated into the facade protection of the listed facade. Up to 50 l/s can be cleaned from the approx. 26 m deep excavation pit with the plant technology used.
