Since the lower bearing is typically submerged in water, its maintenance is both tedious and costly However, this lower bearing is a critical component of the screw pump, and its failure can cause significant damage to the entire screw pump. To address this, we have developed a monitoring system that alerst you if the bearing is compromised. The enclosed bearing is lubricated with oil, and if even a small amount of water enters the bearing, the monitoring system will generate an alarm. This gives you sufficient time to repair the issue before further damage occurs. The "water-in-oil monitoring" system can be installed on all Eco bearings, and existing bearings can also be retrofitted.
