OMAR - Biofilters

Biofilters are used to deodorise malodorous substances which are normally present in the waste treatment sector.
They are made in concrete or aluminium/stainless steel. Inside, biofiltering material of different sizes, consisting of erica/peat, etc. is homogeneously distributed and activated by bacterial flora. Biomodules or plastic grilles supported by feet support biofiltering material. The humidity of inbound air flow is maintained by a surface bed irrigation system.
