Redoma - Model Firefox A Turbo -Cable Recycling Plant - Up to 1700 kg/h

Firefox A Turbo (FF A Turbo) is the biggest cable recycling plant in REDOMA`s product range. It is powerful, highly efficient and built for tough conditions with flexible modular design that can be adapted to the customer’s needs.

The Turbo version is using a 2 x 45 kW Twin Granulator and a strong 90 kW Rough Chopper increasing the capacity up to 1700 kg/h for cable with a Cu content of 50% (capacity depending on type of cable).

The Rough Chopper is equipped with hard metal knives that can process all types of dry cable up to diameter 140 mm with a length up to 1400 mm (containing steel up to diameter 3 mm).

• Filter with a Pre-Cyclone improving working environment
• Copper and aluminium purity: minimum 99.5%

*Maximum infeed capacity is based on power cable with a copper content of 50%.
Additional equipment for recovery of fines from the plastic is available on request.
