Con-Serv - Free-Standing Absorbing Post Filter
A rechargeable element filled with carbonized peat moss. This unique material has the ability to remove dissolved problem causing waxes, tire dressing and other silicone based solutions. Silicones are inert and like other non-organic material cannot be decomposed using biological methods.
This post filter can easily be installed on the discharge side of the filtered water going to
the wash equipment. The filter has a simple inlet and outlet connection with no electrical requirements. The filter is 42" high with a 2" inlet and outlet and is mounted on a tripod type stand and takes minutes to change and recharge.
The peat moss carbon is packaged in 28lb bags and is enough to recharge the filter approximately 2 to 3 times.
The filter housing is manufactured from lightweight aircraft quality aluminum. The element that holds the carbon is made from high grade stainless steel and slides easily into the housing.
The NEW POST FILTERS are manufactured or connected together by a manifold for higher flow rates of 200 to 300 GPM by using two or three filters.
