Elastocon - Model EP 04 -Cutting Dies
We manufacture specimen cutting dies in both standard and special shapes according to customer’s requests. All cutting dies are manufactured with some kind of ejectors, which helps the work and protect the edges of the samples as well as the operator. No more need to throw samples away due to harm made to the edges when you try to get the samples out of the cutting die.
The smallest cutting dies have ejectors and the middle sized and bigger sized cutting dies have an ejector plate.
Our cutting dies are manufactured with a system for a quick change of the dies in the press used. One of the benefits with this quick change system is that it gives all cutting dies the same height in the press, so there is no need to adjust the height when changing between the dies. For this quick change system and the fastening in the cutting press to work, there is a need to purchase a special shank to each die. This shank will be special adjusted by us to the cutting die purchased so they will not fit for another cutting die.
Shanks
We have different article no for the shanks depending on which cutting press that is used.
- EP 04.01 – Shank for Elastocon’s Cutting Presses, both EP 02 and EP 08.
- EP 04.02 – Shank for Wallace S1 Cutting Press.
- EP 04.03 – Shank for CEAST 6051 and 6052 Cutting Press.
Shanks for also other Cutting Presses can be manufactured.
