DEWA - Spiral/Belt Shaftless Conveyors Systems

DEWA spiral conveyors are used for the dust and odour free transport of numerous materials such as dewatered sludge, solid waste and screening of various industrial treatment processes. Because the spirals are shaftless, the conveyors are particularly suited for transporting materials which tend to clog and sticky nature.

Stainless steel U-troughs with either special steel or stainless steel spiral are providing according to customer requirements. The replaceable wear liners are made of UHMW PE material and bolted lids provide full protection during operation and allow for easy maintenance. Automatic pivoting arrangements are available on request.

For conveying the dewatered sludge from the belt presses DEWA provides belt conveyors of different sizes and lengths. All materials are made of mild steel and coated with suitable coating according to customer requirements. Automatic pivoting arrangements are available on request.
