DILO - Model 3-1190-R... -Lock Valves for Density Monitors PN16 DN20
Density monitors can be verified directly at the gas compartment or disassembled for external tests without having to recover the gas from switchgear by means of these lock valves. The valve securely separates the assembled density monitor from the gas compartment. In combination with the Densi- Control IN (B178R51) density monitor testing device it is also possible to quickly and easily verify the density monitor switching points on switchgear completely free of emissions in accordance with the (EU) 517/2014 directive (F-gas regulation).
For separating the density monitor from the gas compartment just screw on the separate lever and turn it by 180°.
The user benefits from the design’s high variety. Thus, customer-specific connections on the units can be realised. The couplings and density monitor connections can be arranged according to customer’s requirements. Furthermore, the complete gas handling can be carried out directly via the integrated DN20 coupling with the lock valve – a useful „Two-in-one solution“ which is perfectly suited for retrofitting.
In conjunction with the DensiControl IN (B178R51) density monitor testing device it is also possibleto verify the density monitor switching points without having to disassemble the density monitor and without releasing SF6 gas.
The verification of density monitors on high voltage switchgear can thus be carried out in accordance with the (EU) 517/2014 directive (F-gas regulation).
Connection to density monitor (pos. 1) and connecting coupling (pos. 2) are exchangeable – the positioning is carried out according to customer’s requirement!
