Dimtech - Activated Carbon and Activated Alumina Filter Cartridges
The cylindrical cartridge for chemical filters is a chemical media container for the filtration of air from odors and pollutants from air handling units, air exhausts, kitchen exhausts, building air supply systems and many more. The cartridges are made from parallel cylindrical perforated steel sheets and the chemical media, wich is activated carbon and activated alumina impregnated with neutralization agents, is filled in the space between them.
The cartridges are connected to the bases by means of bayonet type clips. Elastic seals that ensure airtighteness are placed between each cartridge and the base. The cylinders are made of perforated galvanized or stainless steel sheets with high corrosion strength. When the chemical media in the cylinder get saturated, it is removed and the cylinder is refilled.
