AWE - Flap Gates

AWE designs and manufactures flap gates in all sizes and configurations for back-flow prevention and flood control applications constructed in grade 316 stainless steel and marine grade aluminium as standard. These materials offer a high level of corrosion resistance for arduous demanding applications resulting in a longer life cycle with minimal maintenance. Other materials of construction such as duplex stainless steels are available upon request. Flap gates are also known and referred to as flap valves, non-return valves, tidal gates or flood gates.
