FusionModel 4000X -Syringe Pump

SHARE

The Fusion 4000X is a motorized, multi-channel syringe infusion pump. It features a dual-independent channel infuse and withdraw syringe pump. It is built with 2 separate pump drives capable of independent pulseless, reproducible rates, and movement. Programmable multi-step and cycle mode that allows users to input complex flow profiles or perform flow cycling from a computer Labview or the pump itself. This motorized multi-channel syringe infusion pump system also can be expanded with a 2-syringe push and pull rack attachment to increase the total syringe capacity to four. Designed for a wide range of biopharmaceutical research like lipid nanoparticles, microfluidic mixing, and lab-on-chip flow control in drug formulation applications; with an all-glass touch screen and precision machined metal design, the Fusion 4000-X dual-channel syringe pump is easy to clean, for lab and GMP environments.

Dual Independent Pump Channels

The Fusion 4000-X multi-channel syringe pump comes with a dual drive system to allowing two independent pumping channels to be controlled for simultaneous infusion and withdrawal at same/different flows. This allows both syringes to operate in a variety of different ways to accommodate a wide range of applications.

The Fusion multi-channel syringe pumps infuse and withdraw solutions at extremely high precision, and has reproducible flow rates via a state of the art microstepper motor. Easily and effortlessly deliver a wide range of flow rates in precise amounts for a multitude of applications like microfluidics, injections into a reactor, mass-spec calibration, and neuro-drug delivery to animals.

Complex Flow Controls

The Fusion 4000-X multi-channel syringe pump allows both channels to be controlled independently. This allows the system to dose variable-size syringes at different rates, for example, a saline & drug combination infusion or a catalyst & co-catalyst reagent addition into a reactor. Additionally, the Fusion 4000 multi-syringe pump also comes with continuous cycle mode (push-pull functionality) that will oscillate the syringe the 2 pump channels to provide non-stop flow.

Resistant Glass Machined Components Built to Last

Chemyx multi-channel syringe pumps are precision machined with metal components for a level of accuracy needed for micro flow applications and for both chemical resistance and mechanical wear. Chemyx high precision pumps last for years with an equipment value that is hard to match.

  • Machined metal design
  • Chemical-resistant polypropylene coated screen
  • 2-year limited* warranty
