The Fusion 6000X high-pressure syringe pump is designed for dosing viscous solutions and semi-solid material against pressure with microfluidic pump precision. The Fusion 6000X temperature control syringe pump has the following unique features: 700 lb. linear pushing force, add-on syringe heater, add-on pressure sensor, modular 4 syringe expansion rack, and priming bottoms. These features allow the Fusion 6000X high-pressure syringe pump to increase syringe capacity to four, warming the syringe contents, and with pressure monitoring and control. Priming buttons allow adjusting the plunger’s position easily. The all-glass touch screen and heavy-duty mechanical structure, allow the Fusion 6000-X constant pressure syringe pump to be easy to clean and has high durability for industrial lab environments.

The Fusion 6000-X high-pressure syringe pumps allow both heating syringe sleeves and a vacuum transducer pressure sensor to be attached to the system. The versatile Chemyx heated syringe system produces consistent results to reduce temperature and viscosity variations. The pressure monitoring technology and software are able to maintain a user-defined pressure throughout the infusion process.
High-tensile-strength, hardened-steel guide mechanisms with machined metal holders are incorporated into the Fusion 6000 -X high-pressure syringe pump to allow for high load operation while still ensuring finely tuned microflow dosing.
