Production method

Elastomer coating
The coating of a fabric with a wide variety of polymers is one of our core areas of expertise. Hereby we are covering the specially selected base fabric with an extremely thin and absolutely non porous uniform layer in a knife coating process.

Mould embossing
The rubber coated fabrics are brought into an irreversible three-dimensional shape by special moulding processes.

Die-cutting
the punching process gives the final shape to flat- or formed diaphragms.
