Geoser - Geotextile
GEOSER Geotextile felt is a previous textile product used in basic, floor, rock and earth materials. It is a fabric-like surface formed by combining much finer fibres with millimetres of needling and heat treatment. Produced as polyester. The most important feature of Geoser geotextile is the continuous surface which is used to separate two different types of floors. The fibre-containing structure of geotextile makes it possible to spread concentrated forces. It also acts as a reinforcement element and counteracts the tensile forces distributed in the groundmass. Geotextile filters can be used for pollution purposes due to their properties. While blocking the passage of solid particles, it remains permeable to liquid (water) and gas (air). Under certain conditions, these products can carry significant amounts of water along the surface, and may, therefore, behave in a draining condition. In short, geotextile has functioned at the hydraulic and mechanical level.

Product Details
- Geotextile Sheets are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and are especially touched in the modern factory.
- Instead of using Geotextile Seeds in touch, polypropylene, polyester and polyamide are used according to the purpose and the technical characteristic sought.
- Felt Our Getotekstil are also divided by two main features than other products. One of these features is that the other important and different feature of touching with the needling method is heat treatment.
- The needle is scanned and the folded fibres are vertically interlaced with the special notched spines while standing horizontally.
- Thanks to our large machinery park we have a wide range of products. We sell very high-strength products successively by needling both from top and bottom. In the case of light processing, hot-calendered and thermoplastic fibres are fixed at a certain temperature and pressure.
Because it is heat treated, it shows more strength and less elongation at the same weight,
- Requires less storage space,
- Easy to carry and spread,
- Resistant to acid, alkali and microorganisms,
- Resistant to UV rays,
- Geotextile is perpendicular to the surface and parallel to the surface is high,
The four basic functions are;
- Drainage
- Filtration
- Separation
- Protection
- Reinforcement (strengthening)

- Solid waste storage areas
- In irrigation canals and ponds
- Coastal protection and isolation areas.
- As a carrier against cracking between insulating layers,
- When the water and heat insulation layers are separated from each other,
- The protection of the isolation prevents the drainage of excess water from clogging drainage pipes,
- Geotextiles are used in the prevention of collapses and many other application areas.
