SP-52 features a hopper with four times more sample capacity than traditional reducer models. A spring-loaded positive-locking knob quickly adjusts the flow table to 45° or 60° dividing positions. The 1.0ft³ (28L) hopper has a fully-adjustable sliding gate for precise control of flow rate. The gate can also be locked open for continuous flow-through. The SP-52 is especially useful for sample preparation and dividing of proppant materials for hydraulic fracturing operations. Sturdy welded all-steel construction stands up to heavy use. A rugged steel waste pan is included.
