EMIO - Model Emiotest 3114 -Gravimetric Dust Meter Kit
The EMIOTEST 3114 automatic dust meter, featuring an innovative technical solution, is a portable device designed to perform periodic measurements of dust concentration in gases (e.g., exhaust gases) in closed ducts and determine dust mass flow, e.g., dust emissions into the air. The measurement is based on the isokinetic sampling of a partial stream of the tested gas and the separation of solid particles collected on the filter material. The measurement can be performed in either internal or external filtration mode. The extensive external equipment of the dust meter also allows for independent measurement of gas volume flow (flow) in the tested duct and independent measurement of gas moisture content.
The technical solutions of the devices, the measurement control algorithm, and the calculations are consistent with the applicable standards: the national standard PN-Z-04030-7:1994 Testing of dust content. Measurement of dust concentration and mass flow in flue gases by the gravimetric method (equivalent to ISO 9096) and in accordance with the European standard PN-EN-13284-1 Stationary source emissions - Determination of mass concentration of dust in the low range - Part 1: Manual gravimetric method and in accordance with the standard E 9096 Stationary source emissions - Manual determination of mass concentration of particulate matter.
