Deltech's DSHD Series Heatless Modular Desiccant Air Dryers are designed for environments requiring moisture-free compressed air to protect sensitive applications that demand low dew points. These dryers provide consistent dew points of ISO 8573-1: 2010 Class 1 (-94°F, -70°C) and Class 2 (-40°F, -40°C) with a flow capacity ranging from 7 to 40 scfm (12 to 68 nm3/h), making them suitable for critical applications such as laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other advanced technological installations. The system operates by directing compressed air into Tower 1 for drying while a portion of the dried air is used to regenerate the desiccant in Tower 2. The mechanism is controlled by an automatic solid state timer that ensures operational reliability by alternating the airflow between the towers for continuous drying.
