The material is extracted from the storage silo by the belt, and is then conveyed to the weighbridge. By taking into account the transport distance between the weighing bridge and the feeder’s discharge point, the flow rate is at the feeder’s discharge point.

The GRAVIT 2 weigh belt feeder can be controlled by the SCMIII control system. This controller collects essential data and signals to perform flow rate calculations, totalization, and regulation. The PDU console receives and displays all data and alerts generated throughout the dosing process in real-time. A single console can interface with multiple feeders (up to 8).
