Colasit - Model CHVN 315 -1250 -High Pressure Radial Fan
Self-supporting plastic construction, welded, available in PP, PPs, PPs-el, PVC, PE, or PVDF. Impeller with 12 backward-curved blades which are mechanically welded and available in PP, PPs-el or PVDF. Each impeller is tested on an overspeed test stand above normal rate and balanced dynamically and statically in two ranges. Balancing quality < Q 6.3. Torque transmission is via a standard taper lock system. The tested design permits tip speeds of up to 90 m/s.

Support Frame

Impeller is mounted directly to the motor shaft.
V-Belt
Power transmission from motor to impeller is via a V-belt . The impeller shaft is supported
by heavy-duty self-aligning roller bearings.
Motor
Standard three-phase motor in accordance with IEC, mountings B3.
Hub seal
Standard hub seals or optional hub seals are available for special applications.
