Akdolit HYDRO-ANTHRASIT N is a filter material for water treatment manufactured by breaking and screening natural anthracite. The abrasion-resistant material grains are characterised by their sharp-edged surface structure and a chipped grain form.

Akdolit HYDRO-ANTHRASIT N meets the requirements of EN 12909, DIN 2000 (Germany), DIN 19643 (Germany)as well as of the DVGW worksheets W210, W212, W213 and W223-2.

Akdolit HYDRO-ANTHRASIT N is mainly used as top material layer in two-layer filters based on the multi-layer filtration process. In order to solve special treatment problems, it can also be used in single-layer filters.

  • Grain size 1 : 0,6 - 1,6 mm
  • Grain size 2 : 1,4 - 2,5 mm
  • Grain size 3 : 2,0 - 4,0 mm
  • Grain size 4 : 4,0 - 8,0 mm
