LAMA AutoSenior - Automatic Disc Filter
Autosenior features total rotation of the disc package during washing. It is manufactured in glass fibre reinforced polyamide and its components need no maintenance (except for the discs). Thanks to the patented design of its cover the closure is simple and easy to handle. The hexagonal shape morphology of its tower-structure support with equidistant holes ensures consistency in the washing of the entire surface of the filter discs.

Standard disc 190 microns
LAMA manufactures parallel discs with different opening sizes: 20 µm in green, 50 µm in blue, 130 µm in yellow, 190 µm in red and 250 µm in brown.
Carbon steel components are treated externally and internally by nanotechnology and the application of a base primer. They are then painted by electrostatic spraying, with epoxy polyester powder paint.

Manifolds: high quality carbon steel or polyethylene.
Joints: synthetic rubber nitrile 60º Shore.
Screws: zinc-coated.
