Pompe Cucchi - Model WP Series -Magnetic Drive Gear Pumps
The WP series gear pump has been designed to solve transfer and metering problems with non-lubricating and low viscosity liquids. The construction of this series of gear metering pumps complies with the 2006/42/CE, 2014/30/UE, 2014/35/UE directives and with the UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN ISO 13732-1, UNI EN 809, UNI EN ISO 14847 directives. On request, versions compliant with 2014/34/EU (ATEX) directive and with the API 676 – NACE MR0175 standards; it is also available with EAC (CU TR 010) – CU TR 012 certification. The management of the quality system of Pompe Cucchi Srl operates in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
In every application where a low flow rate (2 ÷ 16 l/min) is required together with a medium pressure (15 bar) and a high self-priming power.

- Metering of various liquids in filling machines in the chemical/cosmetic/ pharmaceutical/food sector.
- Water thrust in beverage vending machines/coffee machines.
- Nebulization of water + insecticide in fixed timed systems on cattle - pig - poultry farms.
- Nebulization of water + anti-mold/fungicides in fixed plants, in silos or mobile plants in the agricultural sector for the treatment of wheat - corn.
- Water thrust with additives with disinfectant liquids for cleaning the pipes that convey the beer in the dispensers of bars, restaurants, pubs.
- Nebulization of water in small irrigation systems for greenhouses.
- Water thrust in small autoclaves. Demineralized water thrust.
- Conveying of liquid gases (Freon - LPG, etc.)
- Water thrust in solar panels (this series is particularly suitable in this sector for its high degree of hydraulic efficiency and for the low amount of electrical power used).
- Water thrust + cleaning liquids in industrial floor cleaning machines.
