Mavitec - Fat Melting Bins

NEW: Moveable floor in fat melting bin!
Within the yellow grease melting bin / fat melting bin it is possible to move the floor up and down in a large range via an unique hydraulic system.

With the simultaneous controlled special ceramic sealed hydraulic cylinders we are capable to move up to 80 tons of weight in and out the indirect steam heated bin. A single hydraulic unit is capable to set the moveable floor  on each required position with a maximum stroke of 3.500 mm.

The moveable floor is executed with all the required safety measurements, like side walls and hydraulic, electrical and mechanical safety features in order to create a safe working environment and can be constructed from both stainless steel or high tensile carbon steel. Furthermore, we offer a wide variation of perforated decks.

The fat melting bins are custom made and have a capacity of more than 50 tons per batch.
