Memtube - Ultra-Filtration Tubular Membrane
Our core competence is the production of especially stable ultra-filtration tubular membranes made of high-performance polymers (our product designation: MEMTUBE) on our own, modern production facilities with attention to very strict quality standards. Continuous monitoring of a large number of quality parameters during production guarantees the reliability of our membranes.
We produce MEMTUBE tubular membranes in two variants:
MEMTUBE-CROSS:
Tubular membranes with membrane coating on the tube interior for use in crossflow filtration.
MEMTUBE-SUB:
Tubular membranes with membrane coating on the tube exterior for use in submerged membrane filtration.
Depending on customer requirements and application case, we offer a number of types of tubular membranes. The key features of MEMTUBE tubular membranes are shown in the following table.
In addition to our standard membranes, we can manufacture individually produced membrane types for specific applications. Adaptation of the separations, tube diameters, etc is possible according to the requirement profiles of our customers.
