Model W -Vibrating Screen

The « W » vibrating screens are part of the « constrained vibration » type with suspension on helical springs. The oscillations of the deck-carrying casing are given by an eccentric shaft restrained, by means of two supports, to the fixed frame. Therefore the casing is connected to the frame by the vibrating unit with two supports and the springs, which stand its weight. The main feature of the « constrained vibration » screens is that the amplitude of the circular vibration of the screen deck carrying casing is predetermined and invariable, independently from the material load, allowing to obtain high productions and an excellent selection quality. The fixed frame is equipped with special rubber pads, which have the specific function to isolate completely the supporting structures from vibrations.
