PICVISA - Model ECOPICK -Artificial Intelligence (AI) Based Robot
ECOPICK is an artificial intelligence (AI) based robot that recognizes and classifies a wide variety of objects on a conveyor belt, replacing the tasks usually performed by a manual triator. Its waste classification tasks consist of carrying out quality control of materials. But also the automated extraction of recoverable materials contained in the flow of “rejects” conducted to the cabin through a conveyor belt.
TRANSFORMING THE RECYCLING INDUSTRY
- IMPROVES PRODUCTIVITY
- MORE QUALITY, LESS REJECTION
- SCALABLE AND ADAPTABLE
- PLUG AND PLAY
Ecopick uses Vision and Artificial Intelligence to automate the sorting and triage of recoverable material in recycling plants, works autonomously and can accurately process a high volume of waste.
Its learning is constant thanks to the deep learning algorithm that allows it to detect and recognize new shapes, colors and textures in changing environments. Software updates and an intelligent neural network capable of adapting to these changes provide a reliable long-term solution for optimizing end-of-line triage. Thanks to this we can guarantee returns on investment of less than 3 years in some plants.
Ecopick can be adapted to different types of plants to increase efficiency, productivity and safety, improving the quality of the recoverable material, thus helping them to compete more effectively.
ADAPTABLE TO DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS
Ecopick can be adapted to recognise, classify and separate any material. Its applications are diverse; we can adapt our product to the needs of different production or quality control processes in the recycling industry – packaging, medicines, metals, film, end-of-life vehicles, textiles, …
