Polypropylene filter element - FILTROLIZER®

We manufacture custom-designed filter elements tailored to specific requirements.The advantages of LENSER custom-designed filter elements: low weight, high stability, chemical resistance and almost completely maintenance-free.
Features
Recessed chamber plate with heat exchanger functionality (for heating or cooling of the cake)
Optimum heat transfer to filter cake
High chemical resistance as standard thermoplastics are used
Both filtration and cake washing process feasable
Available as mixed pack (KX) combination plate or recessed chamber plate (KF/KA)
Available sizes 470 mm to 1,500 mm
Heating medium: Water, max. 95 °C (Steam and oils are not permissible)
