PumpLogix - Pump Controller
PumpLogix controllers by Smith and Loveless Inc. are easy-to-see and easy-to-set automatic pump control and alarm monitoring systems. The PumpLogix interface – for both P-Series and L-Series models – makes operation a simple process. All adjustments, including controller configuration, pump on/off settings and alarm setpoints are shown on the front of the controller.
With the PumpLogix controller’s sealed front cover, there are no programming switches to move or jumpers to lose. The interface makes setup, adjustment and confirmation of the controller’s operating parameters a breeze.The controller accepts an analog input signal from a submersible transducer with a range of 4-20 mADC or 0-5 volts VDC. It has the ability to scale an uncalibrated input.

The PumpLogix P-Series controller displays the wet well level on a 40-segment, 4” column of LED’s located at the controller’s left edge. The next columns of LEDs show bands of control that denote the on and off setpoints for the pumps. The next column shows the High & Low Alarm adjustment bands. A last column of LEDs shows the controller’s configuration. LEDs at the top of the controller show pump status.
