RR - Rubber Waste Recycling Plant
Due to the modular design of the CRS-BERAHN®, there is no standard size of a recycling plant. Two criteria determine the capacity and therefore the number of modules: Type and amount of input material per year, Economic feasibility, On basis of the type of input material, we calculate how many modules are necessary to treat your demanded amount per year. This calculation can also carried out “backwards” if you, for instance, demand a certain amount of carbon or oil per year. With the calculated data, the economic feasibility is determined. Every type of input material requires another minimum-throughput per year in order to operate economic. Generally: the higher the throughput the more profitable the operation. Examples that illustrate this rule you find under performance data.
A recycling plant for rubber waste consists of an indoor area and an outdoor area, whereas parts of the outdoor area are roofed. Mainly the plant comprises:
- Filling (roofed outdoor area)
- Complete Recycling System-BERAHN® (indoor)
- Cooling down (indoor)
- Emptying, where necessary with separation
- Liquid Storage
- Combined heat and power (CHP)
- Storage Input-Material (outdoor)
- Storage for BERAHN®-Carbon and steel (roofed outdoor)
