Hydro-VacuumModel SKA -Self-Priming Rotodynamic Pump

SHARE

SKA self-priming rotodynamic, pumps with side ring channel and open impeller, serve to pump liquids within the corrosion resistance limits of materials used for their construction. Liquids of a temperature up to 110oC, discharged liquid density up to 1 300 kg/m3 and viscosity up to 150 mm2/s contaminated with solid particles up to 0.5 mm in trace amounts can be pumped. Pumps can cooperate with 50 Hz or 60 Hz motors.

SKA pumps can be used in:

  • waterwork systems, ,
  • individual farms,
  • industry.
  • Pumps type DHV are characterized by high rigidity of hydraulic system thanks to supporting of the shaft from its both sides.
  • Due to central location of impeller on the shaft and sucking of water by the impeller from its both sides, the axial forces In the pump have been reduced to the minimum what allows for simple pump bearing and elongates its life considerably.
  • Pump casing, divided in two halves (upper and bottom) allows for very convenient and easy inspection and reapairs of hydraulic system, after removing of the upper half.
  • Pumps are characterized by high efficiencies and low operation costs.
  • Due to big number of pump types and their very wide operation range, optimum selection of pumps for set operation parameters is possible.
  • Capacity Q: 0,3 ÷ 30 m3/h
  • Delivery head H: up to 310 m *
  • Pumped liquid temperature t: up to 110oC
  • Liquid density: up to 1300 kg/m3
  • Liquid viscosity: up to 150mm2/s

* Delivry head is lowered by 10% for hot liquids from + 70oC to +110oC.

  • many years of reliable operation and easy access to replacement parts guaranteed,
  • execution of individual requirements and products adjusted to customer`s needs,
  • permanent technical supervision as well as guarantee and post-guarantee service,
  • low procurement and operation costs,
  • relatively long life in difficult operational conditions.
SKA pumps consist of: bearing housings, shaft, suction and discharge housings in which shaft seals are installed. On the shaft impellers are mounted, their number depends upon the number of pump stages. Impeller positions are limited by limiting members. Suction member is located at suction housing, then come suction/discharge members and the last discharge member
  • manometric pressure allowed for SKA.2 pumps cannot exceed 2.5 MPa,
  • for the remaining 1 to 4 stage pumps, manometric pressure cannot exceed 2.0 MPa and for 5 to 8 stage pumps - 3.2 MPa,
  • for 1 to 4 stage pumps with an oval flange the allowed pressure cannot exceed 0.8 MPa.
