Reflexomat - Model RSC 200 -Silent Compact Compressor Controlled Pressurization Unit
Reflexomat Silent Compact, compressor-controlled pressure maintenance station of compact design for closed heating and cooling circuits. Constructed in compliance with the safety requirements of DIN EN 12828 and the requirements of VDI 4708, with CE Marking. The Reflexomat Compact unit comprises a floor-standing diaphragm expansion vessel, constructed in accordance with DIN EN 13831 and directive EU 2014/68/EU (EU-PED) with CE Marking, plus an attached control unit comprising compressed air pneumatics and vertical, easy-to-operate Reflex Control Basic and operating unit.

Membran expansion vessel:
- Floor-standing design with feet including transducer for tank content measurement,

- Control Basic is a fully automatic, freely configurable microprocessor control with real-time clock, differentiating error and parameter memory, two line plain text display for system pressure, tank filling level and all relevant operating and fault messages, LED display for operating modes and general error messaging.
- Reflex Control Remote ready, prepared for remote operation.
- Communication electronics comprising:
- RS 485 port as data interface or for the connection of optional communication components,
- Potential-free output for forwarding of the group message,
- Input for evaluation of a contact water meter,
- Output for actuation of an external make-up device.
- The compact unit comprising control unit and tank is internally completely piped and wired ready for connection according to VDE regulations with mains power cable(l=5 m) and mains plug.
Function:
- Pressure maintenance within limits of +/- 0.1 bar.
- Optional controlled replenishment, automatic disconnection and fault message upon exceeding of the running time and/or the number of cycles.
- Evaluation option provided by a contact water meter including optional possible capacity monitoring of ion exchangers in the make-up line.
