Spark Arrestor

Spark arrestors are often a strict requirement for engines and vehicles used in toxic and explosive areas like oil refineries and petrochemical manufacturing plants. Dinex spark arrestors are designed for maximum swirl effect to extinguish sparks, while having a minimum of backpressure. Spark arrestors can be supplied as an add-on solution from our range of universal spark arrestors or as a customized OEM product combining the silencer with spark arresting functionality. Our spark arrestors are validated by CFD simulations and tested according to the requirements described in the Swedish Test Method and the British Standard BS 6680; 1995, appendix B Paragraph B.3.8 .
