I Product Overview
Standard sludge dryer is used to dry sludge with dry air so that sludge will reduce in weight and size. It is suitable for industrial plate-and-frame filter press. After cake-shape sludge from filter press drops into the drying groove, it is dried by dry air, and then unloaded from the groove. The dryer needs minimum maintenance, and drying process is free of smell.

1.The solid rate of sludge drying is up to 90%
After drying, the size of dried sludge is only 1/4-1/5 of the original size; the water content is below 10%, microbial activity is completely restricted, avoiding mould and smell; the heat value of sludge with a water content of 10% is 3000kcal/kg.
