TRAMFLOC - Model 1007 -Superplasticizers / High Range Water Reducer
Tramfloc 1007 is a new generation of dispersants based on the polycarboxylate polymer technology producing high
slump concrete at low dosage with no strength loss. It is used as a critical raw material for the formulation of hieh ranee water-reducine admixtures such as new generation superplasticizers. Tramfloc 1007 is used and recommended for precast concrete applications where low water cement ratios are required.

Instructions
Dosage is 0.2 - 1.0 liter per 100 kg of total cementitious material. Optimum dosage should be determined by site
trials.
Tramfloc 1007 is preferably added to the initial batching water. For optimum water reduction performance, we recommend thorough mixing at a minimal wet mixing time of 60 seconds per cubic meter.
Storage and Packaging
Shelf life: 12 months under norma! storage conditions (5-35°C)
Available in 25kg pails. 200 liter drums or 1000 liter IBC.

Tramfloc 1007 requires proper handling by trained personnel. Serious damage to health can be caused through prolonged exposure by ingestion, inhalation and contact with skin.
