Isokinetic Standard Integrated Stack Sampling Prob - TCR Tecora
Our isokinetic probes are realized to make the sampling easier by placing the probe more precisely in the stack emission flow during isokinetic sampling.
Two main types of probes are identified:
- Isokinetic Integrated probes
- Isokinetic Heated Probes
The isokinetic probe is typically composed by a one-block body including the pitot tube, an isokinetic sampling kit in which filterholders and nozzles are included, and
- Low concentration measuring, less than 1 mg/m3
- High concentration measuring, greater than 1 g/m3
- Maximum temperature: 650 °C . ISO 9096 full compliant
- Gaskets free
- Metal to metal joints
- Complete built in Inox Aisi 316 stainless steel
The isokinetic sampling sometimes has to be done in ducts that have small sections which can lead to practical difficulties when using traditional isokinetic probes.
The solution is the new isokinetic probe named MiniStack. Thanks to its innovative filterholder, this probe can be used in stacks with section size from 150 mm to 600 mm. The MiniStack probe is composed by a filterholder and a one-block body which includes the Pitot tube, the temperature sensor and the suction tube.
Measuring port
Consists of a thread pipe in carbon steel and a thread cap in zinc plated steel. Mechanically welded or fixed to the stack, it gives a practical measuring and analyzing point.
Slide and lock device
It consists of a chromed plate steel ring and two light alloy shoes. It can be used with the port pipe and on all
the thread pipes of 2" with internal diameter over 50 mm.
Flame off adapter
Allows to join the MiniStack`s slide and lock device to the flame off cylinder diameter 90 mm or the universal flange TCR Tecora.
