Fields of application Stabilisation and processing masterbatch for producing glass mat reinforced polypropylene (GMT) and long fibre reinforced PP materials (LFTs). Examples Long fibre reinforced materials for automotive parts, like undercover shields, dashboard carriers, assembly carriers, front panels, front bumpers etc. Mode of action Contains a synergistic blend of processing stabilisers and heat stabilisers which protect the polymer during processing operations at high temperature by decomposing reactive hydroperoxides. Heat stabilisers inhibit the thermo-oxidative degradation of the end-product by radical scavenging reactions.

- Temperature stability Suitable for processing temperatures up to 300 °C.
- Dosing rate The recommended concentration range is 2,0 wt% for LFT containing 20 – 30% glass and 2,6 wt% for LFT containing 40% glass. (dosing rate on PP). The expected LTHA @150 °C. for the final LFT part will exceed 1200 hours when using a calibrated oven.

- Excellent Long Term Heat Ageing (LTHA) to achieve VW and D-C Requirements: 1000 h/150 °C.

- High accuracy in dosing of each individual additive component to ensure product consistency and a guaranteed, defined composition in the final product.
- Optimised combination of additives to achieve lower overall costs and easy processing.
- Does not contain any ingredients / components having CAS numbers registered in the " List of Declarable Materials in Automotive Manufacturing, Substances in Components and Construction Materials, Edition 2003, Previous VDA-list 232-101 (232 101, July 2001)".
