Filtran - Model Solis Series -Wedge Wire Filter
SOLIS series filters have WEDGE WIRE FILTER structure. Particles that are requested to be decomposed from the filtered water are attached to the filter inner surface and between the filter inlet outlets they make a difference of pressure. Thanks to the pressure difference sensor&sifier, the filter waste valve will be opened when the filter comes to the pre-set pressure difference level. The reducer system on the filter connects the two ends of the fine filter shaft with the waste collector and the inside of the filter opens to the atmospheric environment.
In this way, the filtered water in the filter body and other filter columns filtered water enters the filter column backwards to be cleaned and ensures that the filter column pollution is fully cleaned. Thanks to the engine&reductor group, the collector rotates and all the filter columns are cleaned individually or two by one according to the model. The filter inner surface is cleaned with 100% efficiency thanks to this reverse flow. The reverse washing process lasts 20-200 seconds according to the filter model.
