How does an exhaust gas scrubber work?
The industrial acid and alkali waste gas enters the waste gas scrubber under the action of the fan. In the spray layer of the scrubber, the absorbing liquid sprayed by the nozzle is evenly distributed on the filler, and the exhaust gas and the absorbing liquid fully contact and react on the surface of the filler. Almost all of the acid substances such as HCL, NO2, NH3, which are easily soluble in water, are dissolved in the absorbing liquid, and react with the absorbing liquid to generate harmless salts and water, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the exhaust gas. The purified gas will be saturated with water, and the water will be removed by the mist removal device at the top of the tower and then directly discharged into the atmosphere. The absorption liquid is prepared according to the nature of pollutants and can be recycled.
