Capacity development and training are central for improving organisational performance and management. COWI offers a wide range of services related to capacity development. Focus is on improved organisational performance, including organisational effectiveness, learning, team development, human resources development and training.

Courses and seminars
COWI has developed and implemented a wide range of training courses on managerial, administrative and technical topics, including a series of courses for international participants from the Danida Fellowship Centre.

We tailor-make training activities to match our customers` needs. Tasks range from the analysis of training needs to implementation and evaluation of the training.

A number of projects include extensive training components, including workshops, seminars and training courses. We carry out training both locally and abroad.

In-house specialists
As a multidisciplinary group, COWI can combine capacity development and training with other areas of expertise, drawing on a wide range of in-house experts.

At the same time, we provide experienced trainers who combine pedagogical skills with professional competence.
