Sand Filter Plants - We offer a comprehensive service on both gravity and pressure water filters covering, re-sanding, nozzle cleaning and levelling, laterals and laundry channel replacement, valves, pipework, pumps and control systems. We have a specially designed sand injection unit which is used in conjunction with the site water supply to obtain a fast and efficient re-sanding process. Full pipe work service is also available which includes valves and valve actuators. We offer in-house control solution design to upgrade existing filters and improve their performance.

Dosing and Sampling - We can service, upgrade or design both Dosing and Sampling Systems including the manufacture of the back plate (on or off site) fitted with pumps, valves, sampling points etc.

We manufacture systems off site on a back plate which is fully tested prior to despatch to site so the unit can be fitted and go into service with minimum down time and disruption of supply.
For upgrades, a pre-evaluation and consultation is undertaken at the design stage and on-site testing completed to ensure full integration immediately on installation.
Equipment and fittings used in the manufacture of the plant can be sourced from suppliers of the client’s choice or to match existing plant.
