With a dedicated, fully enclosed blast and paint facility, we tailor finishing to your needs and specifications with options of epoxy, urethane, alkyd enamels, coal tars and custom finishes. Our technicians perform blasting in accordance with Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC) regulations, utilizing various blast media depending on the substrate material and specific customer requirements.
Craft also utilizes electronic mil thickness gages to verify the coating thicknesses from prime and intermediate coats through the final topcoats, assuring compliance and conformance to specification requirements.
Finished products are verified using blast profile comparisons; sling psychrometers and surface thermometers to test temperature, humidity and dew point to confirm environmental conditions are within specification requirements for process control and conformance.
