Full MASW Service (Field Survey, Data Analysis, and Reporting)
If possible, preparation of the following information will help facilitate the consultation: Purpose of the survey [e.g., wind-turbine site investigation, soil/bedrock mapping, seismic site characterization (Vs30m), compaction evaluation, grouting evaluation, target detection (voids, weak zones, bedrock valley, etc.), etc.]. Maximum depth of investigation (Zmax) (5 m, 10 m, 20 m, 30 m, > 30 m). Type of survey (1D, 2D cross section, multiple 2D cross sections). Approximate site dimension (width and length). Site condition [e.g., urban/suburban, surface topo (flat/undulating), roads, grassy/pavement/wet surface, etc.]. Lateral resolution to be achieved (low, medium, and high). Site photo (Google).
We usually require about one week of preparation time before survey crews can head to the site. Draft results (1D profile or 2D cross section) are available at the end of each day`s survey. The final full report is made available within 1-3 weeks after field operation, depending on the size of the survey.
