Guided Horizontal Drilling (GHD)

In general presents advantages over the vertical drilling method as it is possible to access soil areas under not practicable grounds situated on its vertical, such as implementing the underpass of canals, rivers or roads. In the same way allows exploitation or drainage of thin aquifers, such as in coastal areas or at risk of seawater intrusion. As application it is highlighted its use in environmental remediation of contaminated soil.
