We clean industrial systems and installations using high-pressure technologies such as heat exchangers, air fin coolers, tanks, reactors, silos, vessels, pipe networks and other industrial set-ups. These technologies are also used for the fully automatic removal of contaminants on tank walls (internally and externally). Our high-pressure technologies are meant for cold cutting such as cutting various grades of steel or cutting structures and industrial equipment. This is ideal for delicate work in an environment that is sensitive to fires or explosions.

We have high-pressure trucks with different flow rates and pressures up to 500 l/minute and 2,800 bar for industrial cleaning using pressurised water. Jetting manually using a water jet gun is the most used form of high-pressure cleaning. Tank cleaning or cleaning areas that are difficult to access takes place automatically by using a rotating jet head. Temperature adjustments can also help in removing contamination. We, therefore, use our Ecotherm that heats up the jet water to 90 degrees Celsius at a pressure of 800 bar.

Pipes and tubes with a diameter as from 4 mm up to drains measuring 2 m are the daily working area of our teams. Our experts use jet heads for this cleaning that are attached directly to the high-pressure hose. Pigs can also be used to remove sludge from pipes. They are devices that are pushed through the pipes by using water or air pressure and scrape away the contamination. This ensures that long sections can be cleaned without disassembly.
