Site Assessments

Environmental site assessments are a standard part of nearly all real estate due diligence, including refinancing, purchase/sale, or insurance. Goldman Environmental Consultants designs and implements site assessments to evaluate whether a release of oil and/or hazardous materials (OHM) exists.
