The services to be provided for the Wetland Investigations include the following tasks:
- Review of National Wetland Inventory Maps.
- Review of the U.S.D.A. List of Hydric Soils and other soils information published by the U.S.D.A. Soil Survey.
- Review of aerial photography to identify drainage patterns and current/historic potential wetland areas.
- Visual reconnaissance of the property to identify potential wetland areas, inspect the project area for the pressence of Hydric Soils, and determine if the dominant plants found growing on the site are those commonly found in wetlands.
The results of the Wetland Investigation will be presented in a full color, high quality report prepared and sealed by a Certified Professional Geologist.
